So, most of the changes here aren't substantive. The organization was changed to more fit the rest of the document, and we are trying to stay consistent about things like "Palatine Baron" v. "Baron Palatine" (unless the latter has a second meaning that I'm not aware of).
There are also several places where we re-arranged the sentence structure to make it flow better especially for our friends who are translating this document into another language.
